APPALACHIAN STATE GETS KITTENS, RICE GETS HATCHLINGS

Awwwwwww!!! You're a 21-point favorite to steal my heart!
- - -

Hey, what's with the long face, little fella? Did your quarterback turn the ball over six times against the lowest-rated pass defense in the country? At least it wasn't on national television!
- - -

Star-divide

Watch out - that first step's a doozy!
- - -

Keep looking to the stars, little guy! The pain of diappointment will only linger for a few days and then you'll never feel anything ever again!
- - -

Aw, you could just be crushed so easily!
- - -

So completely helpless!

Ouch...
I was thinking of you in the brief few minutes I got to check out that game -- right when Rice got up 28-7 and the teams were trading turnovers back and forth.  "Oooh, SMQ must be throwing a fit right about now..."
