My top three don’t change. As usual another overrated SEC team fell that played no one previously and was getting the benefit of playing in a power conference.
Still unsure why SEC is touted as the best conference when the teams not named Alabama have terrible offenses (Florida’s WRs only caught 4 passes).
I will give Notre Dame some serious credit, though I think we can tab Oklahoma and USC as the latest schadenfreude teams.
Unfortunately for Oregon the PAC-10 is starting to get exposed. How does a team favored by 47 or 49, depending on your betting service, drop in the BCS after winning by 54? Is there where we start saying that’s the BCS being the BCS? (If you don’t get it Google: Manny being Manny.)
