New slogan, SMQ?    "Every team, every day, all year long" ??  Unless, of course, this means you're going to write 119.5 posts a day (even on Christmas and stuff), I liked the old one better.  But now it's SamKellering over there by the journalism thing.

Was it a corporate decision?  That sort of sounds like something a consultant would come up with.  And have I stretched this to the requisite 75 words? Yes.

All comments on 'Sunday Morning Quarterback' are the views of the individual commenter and do not necessarily reflect the genius of SMQ, Sports Blog Nation, etc.

Corporate decision

More or less, yeah. Although from the tech guys, not the ‘suits,’ so to speak. Not that they actually wear suits.

Out with the new and in with the old!

Boo corporate decision… I liked the old one. It let you know you were in for some cheeky humor.

Maybe I can hold a contest

I didn’t really give much thought to the new one. The only problem with the old one was that it was too long and broke up the banner. I think this is a design flaw, personally (the only one I really mind in the new format), but I can’t do anything about that.
